Instructions for Windows Installation:

Right click on any of the above GIFs.  Choose the "Save Target As" option.

Save the .ani file to your C:\WINDOWS\Cursors folder.

In the Control Panel, selcect "Mouse" and then "Cursors" (or "Pointers") from the menu.

Select your new cursor and apply.  It is possible to apply different Elves to different cursor functions: one for Normal Select, one for Busy, one for Link Select and so on.
