You'll need:
Microwave the large mug of milk and water with the two tea bags. Steep until it has reached the color of pale caramel, and take out the tea bags. Add all the other ingredients while it's still hot, and stir until they are all dissolved or almost dissolved (in the case of the nutmeg and chilli powder). Then, sit down and enjoy! And remember that unless you want a good kick, don't drink the dregs, it'll have all the chili powder concentrated there.
